Foo! Foo! Foo! Foo!

Last night was the night of the Foo Fighters concert. They are quite possibly the most amazing performers I've ever been lucky enough to experience. It was song after song after song... hardly any need for audience/performer interaction (although Dave Grohl is one of the funniest people ever).

Dave Grohl. Oh my GOD this man is a Rock God! He is talented, energetic and funny as all hell! I never tired of seeing his scrawny legs carry his ass all over the stage! 




The crowd was INSANE!



Taylor Hawkins had an amazing drum solo that went on for about five minutes... oh my! So incredibly sexy. There definitely is something to be said of drummers. Hahaha!




Nate Mendel and Chris Shiflett were pretty quiet, but during Taylor's solo, they stood to the side of the stage and admired his drum genius. *Sigh* 

I took about a million photos (Nicole's memory card filled up! Oh my! while my battery ran out. Lame-o) and I bought an amazing tee. 

My gosh, did I mention that they came back for THREEE encores??? So unbelievably amazing. It was funny to see all the attendees with what I like to call the concert after-glow. A good show will have that effect on people. Just look at the two of us!

I told myself I would stop at last week's concert. I told myself that my new year's resolution of going to a show per month was already met... seeing as I've been to 12 concerts to date... Let's see... It all began with Matt Costa's concert in February Then I was lucky enough to experience the Foos in late March It was Concert-Palooza in April with THREE amazing concerts! In June I went to the Death Cab concert in Montréal... .... as well as NXNE (during which FIVE amazing bands played... only counts as one concert) In August, I went to Osheaga... .... and Radiohead. In September I saw Oasis... .... and the Saint Alvia... And now, in October, I went to my 12th concert... Bedouin Soundclash. But still. That doesn't mean that I don't want to go to David Martel's November 6th concert... or Sam Roberts' concert on November 20. I think I'm addicted to live music.

So, in my hurry to post on Muse, I forgot to mention that I've finally bought my ticket to Oz! :D Hahaha! Yep. I'm officially going to Australia with Tamara and Sean. It will be amaze-buckets. Une autre chose, le "gars" est en traîne de décider s'il va faire un voyage au Costa Rica, à l'Australie ou en Europe. Moi j'espère qu'il n'ira pas à l'Australie.
